Plugging along...

Why does weight loss have to take so long? I mean, really? I gained 30 pounds in about 2 months...why, in the past almost 3 months, have I only lost half of that?! I feel good about what I've done so far but honestly, I am annoyed with the time that it's taking.

This past week, if you couldn't guess I gained. Only .6 so I wasn't totally devastated but at the same time that put me back to just about the same weight I was the week before. It's aggravating...weeks pass and I seem to be stuck around 178.

I've switched my weigh in days to Thursday so I'm blaming that for last week's gain. My "week" was actually a week and a half and it honestly did cause me to think, oh I've got extra time to undo the damage I do the first few days. Umm...no. So here I am again...Fighting for a good loss this week...I need it b/c my parents will be in town this weekend and I'm sure I'll be struggling at every meal with them :) It's worth it though!

14.8 down 43.6 pounds to go to reach goal weight (135)
