I lost 3.8 pounds this week!! So much for my glum outlook yesterday on how slow weight loss is! lol...funny how things change over night :) So now I have been on Weight Watchers for 13 weeks and have averaged a 1.4 pound loss per week. I'm so excited about this! I am aiming to lose 1 more pound this coming week so that next Thursday I can hit 10% lost although 1.4 would be even better so I could pass 10% and also hit 20 pounds lost!
People at work have started noticing my loss also! It feels great. It's an amazing feeling to hear people talk about you as "healthy". My brother told me I was "so healthy" Sunday when we had lunch together and I chose veggies over rice, chicken over beef, and water over soda. The receptionist at work regularly makes comments about the choices I make and if I do happen to visit the office chocolate stash she makes comments that I must be having a rough day to go for the "hard stuff" lol. I like hearing these things. There have also been a couple ladies to specifically say they can tell I'm losing weight and that I look good! I hope these comments keep coming in because I can't notice a difference in myself yet.
I think I'm harder on myself because I don't compare my weight now to where it was in November when I started weight watchers again but rather to where it was in July before my wedding when I was awesomely thin! I like to just imagine those 30 pounds in between never happened and if I can ever get down to 155 again I imagine I will just pretend I never regained/relost it! Anyway, I'm proud of what I'm doing and if people notice, I hope they continue to mention it so that I know that it is noticeably making a difference.

HEY! look at that!!! I have less than 40 pounds to go to goal!!!! whoop whoop!
