10/24/10 Weigh In.

Blah. That's how I feel about yesterday's weigh in. I stayed exactly the same. I really don't know why but I've decided to just not worry about it too much and keep plugging on and hoping for a good loss next week. At least I didn't gain.

I did pretty good this week. Worked out 5 days and stayed within my points all but one day (which is good for me) so I feel like the maintenance of my weight was just one of those things that couldn't be helped this week. I weighed myself at home this morning and I was down about a pound but of course that could mean anything seeing as my weight particularly seems to jump all over the place from day to day. Anyway, like I said, I'm not worrying about it, just focusing on the new week ahead.

2 weeks to go and 3.6 pounds to lose by November 7th to meet my mini goal. I think I can do it.

10/17/10 weigh in

I'm making good progress toward my birthday goal. I lost 1.4 pounds this week! Woohoo! It feels soo good! I managed to work out 4 days through the week. 3 of which were early morning work outs (GO ME!). I also woke up early this morning and did 35 minutes on the elliptical to burn 300 calories and get my day/week off to a good start! Hoping for another great loss in the coming week. Wish me luck!

new adventures in cooking

I forgot to share that I've been cooking as of late. Here are a few pics of my food. Keep in mind, even if the picture doesnt look great, everything I've made has been great!

hi...remember me??

yeah, well...I've been doing absolutely horrible on the Weight Watchers front. Until 3 weeks ago that is. I gained back roughly 6 pounds since the last time I blogged in May. So, at that weigh in 3 weeks ago I was up to 176.2. Since then I'm down to 173.0 and hanging on.

I feel really good having gone back. Technically I "quit" WW in July and returned in September so that's not too bad. There ahve been plenty of times when I took a year or two off and gained plenty of weight back before returning to face the music so this time I look at it as a 3 month hiatus during which I didn't really do all that awful!

So now, it is 3 weeks until my 27th birthday. My 26th birthday was the day that I decided to join weight watchers and so, with the coming bday, my weight watcher anniversary is also coming. So I've made some new short term goals.

The lowest weight I've been in the past year is 168. That was 25 pounds down from my starting weight a year ago and because of that, my goal for my birthday this year is to get back down to 168 pounds. 5 pounds to go from now.

I've also started working out. I'm going 3 days strong now. I'm extremely proud to say that I've gotten up by 6AM, 3 days in a row and worked out for 30-45 minutes before work. It feels great! I'm eating well too. My weigh in is on Sundays so since Sunday I have not gone over my daily points allotment once. I've not used a single weekly point or activity point that I've earned. I don't know if that's EVER happened before lol.

So anywho, sorry this was long winded but heck, it's been a while. I'm going to try to get back to writing regularly so I'll end with my old ways posting my previous and current weight:
